Performance of Qorvo’s QPF4702 is focused on optimizing the PA efficiency for a supply voltage range that minimizes power consumption to allow for systems that use digital pre-distortion to achieve the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput for the RF chain. This is done across a extreme wide bandwidth enabling operation in all channels from UNII 1-8 (5.1 to 7.1 GHz).
A multimode RX is provided to ensure high throughput is maintained across a covered distance. A coupler with RF output as well as a broadrange, constant slope voltage logarithmic power detector is provided for application feedback.
