MDC91256 is a single-chip 256-Channel 20b Current-Input Analog to Digital Converter. It offers the lowest Input Range (4pC) in industrial X-Ray Imaging and Detection Applications, highest channel count (256), and cutting-edge noise performance (20ppm RMS at 25pC with 20pF CSENSOR) as well as linearity performance (±0.025% INL at 4pC Range). MDC91256 also supports a high output data-rate for industrial imaging and detection applications (80Mbps) and offers new features such as data buffering to enable flexibility in applications and system-level designs.
