FAE-电源管理

职能：
Support and guide South China customers debug PMIC products.
Support sales promote PMIC product family.
Keep close contact with application teams locally and HQ.
Keep good relationships with BU and sales, teamwork for customer project design win.
Act as the first point of contact for customer in case of any fault report by them in order to provide support and ensure Dialog Semiconductor deliver against service level agreements.
Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requirements an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercised judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Work on advanced complex technical projects or business requiring state of the art technical knowledge.

5+ years of experience as PMIC RD/FAE, or related position/experience; with EE background.
Experience with PMIC electronic circuit design, system design, and customer support.
Good experimental technique and hands-on attitude.

FAE Team Leader-电源管理

Provide front line application support to identified key customers throughout the lifecycle of the project – concept to design win.
Establish strong relationships with key R&D engineers & managers at key customers.
Generate required application notes/support documents for local customers to supplement BU material.
Provide feedback on new requirements for future products.
Provide support for both Dialog & Distribution FAE where appropriate.
Be responsible for delivering local training to customers & distributors where appropriate.
Investigating & starting actions into local initiatives with sales managers esp. the new products launch.

Execute application support projects based on input from sales/FAE team, distributors, and customers.
Train sales/FAE team, distributors and customers on value and use of CMBU products.
Create designs to meet customer specifications and validate with lab bench tests.
Document solutions (e.g. Schematics, Datasheets, Application Notes).
Support customers to debug issues (may need to go onsite).
Develop work–around solutions to overcome issues such as device errata.
Interface with Sales/FAE Teams, Product Marketing, Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Product.

Responsible for the growth and expansion of Renesas AMSBG BU SSL IC.
Provide direction and support to sales and AE on new and current SSL products, especially on commercial lighting segment, knowledge in DALI is preferred.
