Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai, China
About the job
Nordic Semiconductor is seeking dynamic and highly motivated Technical Sales to join our Sales team in China.
As a Technical Sales, you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Sales Manager in driving business growth and expanding market share in the region.
Key responsibilities
Discover & Explore new IoT, Industry and Medical opportunities/segments in East or South China
Follow up customer enquiries, and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and partners in the region
Present Nordic products and their features, develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
Work with technical team together to complete the process of design-in and design-win
Work with Distribution team to build up customer pipeline within the region
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field
3 years+ of experience in sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry
Proven track record of sales success in the semiconductor industry, preferably in East or South China area
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferable
Technical knowhow in electronics
Experience with MCU, BLE, Wi-Fi, Cellular IoT, Zigbee, Thread, and other wireless technologies and protocols
Experience from working in/with international companies
Experience in supporting key customers in wireless connectivity
